Sure. But that is the easiest thing to fix on any car.
And unlike most mods, you can actually sell the turbo twists to offset the cost of sourcing genuine Fuchs. If you take your time and have easy access to a big market (i.e., don't have to pay shipping both ways), you can probably swap them out for a net of $500-700.
Like I said, if it was correct and sorted, it would be selling closer to $20k.
