I always find it interesting when someone will list a car on craigslist and say, "Oil just changed" as though that should add some sort of value to it. I don't buy a car because it had the general maintenance that it should have had. Even if a seller tells me they just changed the timing belt, I will still pull the top and front of the engine apart and change out all of the belts, seals, and gaskets. I do the work myself and always assume I will spend about $450 in parts for this (and a day or two of my time). I hate to assume that someone will tell me what I want to hear to sell me their car, but I only trust my own work. So, when I see a 944 for sale, I just add that expense on to the selling price so I know the work is done. That being said, a car with fresh paint in the condition you are saying, I would expect to be in the $2500-$3000 area. Interior, I have most of the pieces to freshen up, a/c- who cares, PS pump- rebuild kit=$20, oil leak would be fixed with general maintenance.
Sorry for going on so long to get your answer.
