An earlier article mentioned that the authorities had disassembled and removed the flight simulator equipment from the pilot's home so it could be investigated offsite. With the level of competence exhibited so far I wonder about the chances of them reassembling a one-off home-made flight simulator such that they can actually get it to function again? One would think it would have been easier and safer just to get another pilot over there to test it in situ.
