I only found some old threads on this subject and think technology is probably moving fairly quick in this area.

After several years of just trimming, I am done with full beard and will be clean shaven - or close enough - daily.

I am looking for a good electric shaver that does not irritate my skin and gives a reasonable shave. It needs to be cordless, so I can also use it on travel for a few days. I am okay cleaning things up with a wet shave once or twice a week, but really would like an easy maintenance machine for the other days. I have medium facial hair growth, so it doesn't have to be a shaver that can handle a bear!

What do you guys use and recommend?
