Would have very little impact on the value, if any. The plus in value is that you would have receipts for a fresh engine rebuild.

Btw, the crank isn't really a hit in many people's eyes. For years racers used that crank because it was lighter. The real downside of that engine is the cast iron cylinders and poor heads. If you rebuilt with some overbored cylinders, bumped the compression, and massaged the heads, you would have a nice fun little driver. I'd do it.
