I've seen the Haggerty valuations for 3.2 Carreras, but what are "real word" asking & selling prices these days?

I ask because I'm starting to think about selling my '87 3.2 coupe (69k miles, 2 owners, black/black w. f/r spoilers, v. good condition but not a concours-quality show car).

Whether I sell it or not in the near future has a lot to do with what I'm likely to get for it.
