I actually consulted our Porsche Garage a few months back on the same year car, he said 90 and 91 were notorious for leaks -- once you remove the valley pan it's like a spring shower --- cost to pull and reseal the engine was approx - $3500 - $4500 - so consider that before making the final offer.
