? Who's responsible for permits?
? Residential construction? if so, ice guard needs to be applied up to 24" inside the building wall line. With it being in rolls 36" wide unless you've got a 12" overhang that's 2 layers to get you 24" into the building.
? Anything about flashing and counterflashing the chimney?
? Cricket roofs and how they are done
? Ventilation at peak?
Commercial??? Adding roofing over existing and will it overload the bar joists?
? Any hot work tar etc? and do they have a hot work permit and will they follow it?
General? If they overload the roof such as Scubasteve's place who's gonna pay for damage
? Are they going to use OSHA approved anti fall devices etc so that if cousin Bob falls he can't sue you as the homeowner?
