But, strangely, they still seem to die off in a sense. Buick and Oldsmobile have a shrinking market segment when it comes to the age of its buyers (even though there are always new seniors every year) they see the writing on the wall, and are desperate to turn it around. If you can't get younger buyers interested in your Buicks (or Harleys, etc), you're doomed.
Oh yeah, scratch Oldsmobile...
