Typically fixing the speedo issues are fairly straight-forward. The areas of concern are usually just the speedo, ABS sensor, or the ABS relay in the fuse box under the bonnet.

Start by cleaning the contacts to the blue ABS relay. If not fixed, remove the speedo and clean those. If not fixed, clean the connector contacts for the left front ABS sensor.

Checking those will at least ensure it's not a simple issue, and it's free, quick and easy.
