I cant say what a used one is worth, but I do know that a new 964 targa top is 20k (+ or -).
I know this due to a bone head move on my part, that happened at 55 mph on the highway.
Thankfully Dan P was able to fix me up with a used frame rail, and he worked with insurance company to repair what I had. Dan is the man for targa tops.
