I remember now. 14.7 is the target you are shooting for. Since Cal Smog requires tailpipe readings and they do the readings at 25 and 35 mph. I figured out what rpm was at 25mph, then I adjusted the a/f mixture screw till I got 14.7 on my gauge at that rpm. I think it was around 2000 or 2500rpm's.
My CIS 928 has been down for awhile now since I need to drop the transaxle, but I do start it right up once or twice every 2 months.
