Do your homework before re-flashing the DME, several of the highly advertised systems, while fairly expensive, add minimal power and often then only near the top end of the RPM scale. When you read between the lines of their promotional materials, you find very modest gains on vehicles with a lot of other modifications (headers, exhaust systems, intake modifications, etc.), which means you are only going to see the claimed modest gains if you have already done all the other stuff first.
A lot of Porsche aftermarket vendors make big claims that ultimately cannot be substantiated on a dyno.

thanks for feedback. for the IMS/RMS, I'm hoping the IMS oil lubricating kit installed last year is the answer. from the service shop, it was the latest LN solution last year; from the service records it was from IMS Solution LLC.
New clutch installed 10/09/13
Hadn't heard of thermostat, magnetic drain plug, and FilterMag.. Will look into those.
If you have any recommendations on which mods makes sense to start with, I'd appreciate it. I'll look around on the Forums as well.
