That motor has had water in it @ some stage,you can see the staining on the pistons and rust on the rings and bores.
Looks like you have no oil circulation within the engine?,why not fill up the oil filter?,that won't cause the issue you have .
It is common for the gaskets to be left out but the surfaces must be prepared.
The heads don't appear to have been ''lapped ''or for that matter flycut to start with,without
this you would have had combustion leakage anyway.
Strip the whole motor and rewrite the book on this build,thats the only way you will have a decent engine in the end,you main job is to find why you have no oil pressure............
