You can see the wrinkles on the bottom seam of the fuselage. It is a filled baloon.
One cubic meter of He has 11N buoyancy (wikipedia)
That's over 1kg in mass compensated. It is possible the wings have He in them too and 2 cubic meters are possible. That'd be over 2kg mass compensated. I still don't know how you can have 9 servos and motors at about 3kg, but it probably does need very little to be propelled.
