These are pretty good quality kits with steeping grains which give a bit more flavor. That web seller in general has good stuff and good advice. They may not be the best or the cheapest but they're consistently very OK.
Get a huge pot. That's my advice. Do full volume boils. That was the biggest jump in the quality of my beers. You have to learn to adjust the recipes for that (late malt addition, etc...) and it makes a world of difference.
