I put a 911 oil temp/oil pressure guage in my 912- the 911 guage I'm talking about is pictured in a post above. I sent the gauge and senders to Palo Alto speedo and had them find me matching senders. It is a worthy upgrade- very nice to know what your oil pressure is doing.

If you're using that 911 oil temp/oil pressure gauge then there is also a plug for wire to the parking-brake. An orange light goes on when parking-brake is pulled up.

Regarding the 911 gas level/oil level guage- it is pictured on far left of the post above- if you've got one in your 912 then you can't hook up the oil level gauge to anything because there is no oil tank in a 912 (unless you've gone and put in a dry sump).
