All these manual cars will be very hard to come by locally. This is a $$$ area, so the dealers stock up on the loaded models. I don't care for the looks of the Accord. Visibility may be pretty crappy out that back. The Mazda has it beat hands down in looks IMHO. That said, resale certainly would be better on the Accord. Plans for the car however would be to drive 10+ years if it is bought new, so resale is not a big concern.
