I bought a 951 about 6 months ago that had been stored. The tires had dates that were beyond 7 years and that was pretty scary so one of the first things I did was to re-shoe the car with new tires. Sounds like you've got the same issue. Look at the date code on the other tires and you'll likely see that they're ready to be replaced. If you're unsure about reading the code, go to google or visit a local tire store.
