Sweetheart912,[!]
Yes, the oil pressure sender I purchased has 2 poles. But I only use one. The one I use is the one for oil pressure level. The other pole on the sender is for an oil pressure idiot light, but there is no oil pressure idiot light on a '68 911 oil temp/pressure gauge.
Note: I also purchased an oil temp sender that jibes w/ the oil temp part of my '68 oil temp/oil pressure gauge.
Both of the senders I mentioned above bolt on to the 912 motor as if they were stock.
As for the '68 911 oil temp/oil pressure gauge, it has tabs for: oil pressure level; oil temp; and handbrake. I have wires running to those corresponding units.
Regarding your question about "bar" level: I think you want 10, not 15. Best as I can tell, the only pre '73 cars that used a "bar" measurement were the European models, and they read to 10, not 15.
See for yourself on pages 47-49 of Johnson's "911/912 Restorer's Guide to Authenticity"
Cheers,
E.
