Looks like many fortunate events have lead to this unfortunate event. I may have to sell my 911 project due to the lack of spare time I have now. Problem is, I have no idea how to price it. The tub is has been media blasted and but is now covered in surface rust but I have have it mediablasted again if one wishes. I have all the body panels for a longhood conversion including the front fenders, non-sunroof skin, longhood, lwb front and rear bumpers with the center panel, front hood latch panel, and a three bar decklid. I am missing the rear fenders but I do have a set of SC flares and the narrow body flares as well. I was looking to purchase full quarter panels with the narrow flares or RS flares. The motor is a freshly rebuilt and blueprinted 2.7RS breathing through PMO's. I purchased the car complete and running and have all the parts minus the interior and should-be-replaced such as brake lines and clutch cable.
So where am I at? I've invested $18k into the car-will I be able to get it back? Or should I just media blast, shoot some primer, and continue the project 40 years from now?
