Looking for the best plug for 930 track use.

1980 930
Stock turbo .8 bar
Stock CDI
SSI Headers, no muffler

I'm assuming a colder plug like the NKG BR8EIX is a good choice.

Recommendations?

And, what should the gap be set at for stock CDI.
