Like I said, I was just playing devil's advocate. I am guilty of letting my dogs run off leash.
I had a cop neighbor before. Also something I'd rather avoid. They moved "up" long time ago. "It was time to move up" was the reason to get a new house back in the 2005 real estate boom days. Many of those were found foreclosed and living in an apartment in 2009 ...
