Nice but a couple of things I find problematic (all easily fixable I think):

The loud "beep beep" keypad - if there's an intruder in the house and you're trying to QUIETLY retrieve your firearm, do you really want that obnoxious beeping tipping them off?

I REALLY don't like electronic keypads at all. My gun safe and boxes both use good old-fashioned mechanical locks. No batteries to die, nothing to corrode (so long as it's kept oiled), simple.

Other than that it's not a bad solution and looks to be nice craftsmanship too.
