"for the most cost effective way" find yourself good used 964 calipers. Ebay is full of them.

Also, post above ^^^^^^^^^ is from people that I know, Authobahn. They have plenty of goodies and sell good stuff.

Porsche brakes is a bit of "need to know a lot before doing things" area. You can find things right on this board with minimal efford. Then you'll realize that your brake balance will shift, you'll need another rears and master cylinder etc. it will endup very expensive and time consuming.

So, probably good used 964 calipers are the best. Plus, I've seen that very pic of big reds posted all over forsale ads over many years.... Buyer beware
