Pics are a bit dark, but wheels look like they could be in nice shape.
Just be very very careful in cleaning the wheels... Anodized finish is extremely tough and durable surface, however detergents can do severe harm to them.
Older, non-refurbished, even scruffy, faded, original Fuchs -wheels get my heart thumping. It is just great to see they have travelled the road for 30-40 years, and still are as strong as new.
