Undercarriage has been getting moist, and it's a targa so look hard at the floorboard and the usual places.
What it's worth is dependent on what you want or need.

If you're looking to sell at retail, then factor in a strip and paint job, plus other things you find, and work backwards. Get pricing info from Haggertys.

If you're just wanting one to keep then your view can be longer.

Finally, go over there with $25G in cash, and see if he has the title. If so, ask him what he wants. Never name your price first. If he says $15 hem a little bit, ask if he's firm, and then take whatever he says and give him the cash. Other than that, you have a max number based on your research and try negotiating down to, or as far under that number as you can.

Speed and CASH will get it done. Have a flatbed standing by. Or take a trailer and park it around the corner.
