Take a look underneath the car and see if the shifter is rubbing on the giubo (flex disc between transmission output shaft and driveshaft. I hear its a common issue.
Also, are the bushings OEM equivalent, or harder durometer? If you changed them all to delrin, you could just be bringing more NVH into the car.
