Unless you already own a good running 911 engine AND can do the install yourself, you will lose way more money swapping the car than selling as is. Even if you install yourself what is your time worth?

Sometimes we lose a little money on a car just to get out of it. But if you've only had it advertised for a bit keep trying. Be honest with people. Tell buyers what you paid for it and why you are selling. Some guys will try to take advantage of your situation. Others will understand, appreciate the openness, and that's the buyer for you.
