I have 19's with Michelin Pilot Sports... The height doesn't change much, the wheels are taller, but the tires are narrow. You can find wheel and tire sites that will show you the different tire and wheel combination diameters. I think Tire Rack has a good one, you just plug wheel diameter and tire size and it will give you an overall height.

It's hard to be exact about the ride, etc., but overall I would lean to the ride is a little harsher, and the Michelin's are noisy. I thought they would be quieter, it's all a compromise...

However I do like the looks of the 19's...
