Remove the accessory belt temporarily. Start the engine and run for a few seconds with no belt in your 'confined space'.
If the noise is gone,suspect wrong spec belt/misaligned pulleys or worn pulley bearings.
It is easy to overlook misaligned pulleys. Just put a straight edge across adjacent pulleys and measure the gap.
To check for worn bearings,try to rock the pulley at 12/6 o'clock.

I had both problems.
You can 'hack'/test by spraying Belt Grip
