My 1979 3.0 911SC with Fabspeed cat bypass and muffler.....has passed visual every year for the past 10 years...the obvious stuff like air pump and or EGR if missing will probably get noticed...on my CIS, I lean it out a tad and bump up the rpm by 800...My HC and CO% have never failed...oh and make sure the car is really warmed up and at temp!
