it's not a SMC .
smc is a plastic infused with fiber strands mostly use is fiberglass .
just as you can not repair SMC with fiberglass products you can not repair fiberglass with SMC products .
the porsche tails are simple made from polyester resin and fiber glass matting materials .
you repair fiberglass with like products . things like panel adhesives will not give you a lasting repair . just as trying SMC will not .
