That looks like my classmate's father's old car. Back in 81 we needed some exhaust clips for a film project so he brought the car over. I was disturbed by the puke yellow/brown color. I doubt there were many 930s in that color!

Ddi you see the 'Vehicle Condition' report. I'd hate to see what below average looks like LOL.
No visible dents or rust, fully detailed LMAO.

Does look like it might be a good straight car though.

I love it!!!! I know the color is awful, but for that price it cannot be beat. Boy is it tempting. Wish they took some engine shots. The dash does not even have a crack on it

Hope it goes to a good & loving home!

That is the same color as my SC turbo car...Kashmir Beige. So that is what my car would look like if it were a real 930!

BTW, the color actually grows on you after a while, and it is quite unique. I have never seen another in this color til now.

I was thinking the same as some of you...looks pretty straight and potentially worthy of some kind of new lease on life.

Slow 'n Rusty, I'm not an expert by far but that dash almost looks like an aftermarket cap to me. My 1979 has the leather dash with stitching in it and I didn't see any stitching on that dash...maybe its an option or the '78 dash is different, but I always thought the 78 and 79 cars were pretty much identical.

I actually like the color...pure 70's baby! I really dig the fact that some of the off colors are 70's exclusive. Once the 80's rolled around they stopped making them.

Would make a good track car!!

But, I am sure it is ready for motor rebuild, $9k, suspension refresh $3k, tires $1k, most likely trans rebuild soon or clutch $3k, a perfect track candidate to go nuts on, I wouldn't feel bad about removing as much weight and welding in a cage on this one, she is FUGLY though, so flat black primer right away, never been a fan of baby sh&%t brown!!

With these cars I don't think it matters what colour they are. I bet it would look fabulous repaired and painted.

+1, that colour, 2 inch lowered with some black on black Lindseys would look mean.

I just looked at a nice SC Targa that color today, it's much nicer on a good car in person.

That poor 930 looks like someone poured brake fluid all over the hood...

That is the perfect canidate for molestation, I could only imagine what I could do if I had a car that I 100% did not care what I did with it.

these are my favorite kinda cars ugly ducklings, its a good time putting these back on the road and the color that got this car this ugly award, if it were any other color it wouldn't have been let go. this car needs a new lease on life, i thought about this car as its just waiting for a new love affair.

this is the kinda car that makes a happily married man a single guy with a cool car?.

Maybe a top end build at worst, a compression and leak down will be your friend here. Bottoms ends on these cars are good for an easy 150K if the boost has not been messed with.

I am sure the suspension is not bad, clutch depending on how the previous driver treated the car. Tires..Sumitomo HTR Z, $73 each from Tire Rack!

So really not a lot of out pocket right away, the paint needs to addressed.
