Yes, there were a few made. A guy I knew in Huntington Beach had a white 84 M491 M505.
If you were buying it I would check with Porsche first to verify the car came with these 2 option codes.

? Turbo Look
I guess that I am confused....if the car is a 930 then it is a turbo and thus would already have the "turbo look".....however if the car is a normally aspirated car i.e. not a turbo then one could have ordered these specs with the sonderwunsch or special wishes program......probably would be a Euro car not US......

I heard a rumor that there were a few non-turbo slope nose cars made by the factory. Although it may not have the performance wow factor, it seems like it would be really freaking rare. Be careful though... folks got really, really good at trying to fake the slant nose conversion.

There were a few 930S (M505) with slant nose delete. Those had the boxed rockers and rear brake vents but no slant fenders.

I just noticed that it has a "center armrest" and "power steering." Thank goodness this is being sold at a Ford dealership... some poor sucker is going to get hosed on this one.

Another vote for "yes you could order the turbo-look with the slantnose option". It's Porsche remember you could order anything if you had the money. The reason you don't see many was the price of the options was as much as the car itself....Now having said that I would seriously doubt that this is a factory slantnose job.

I don't think there was a power steering option in 1984. Unless you really had big, big money. Heck, for enough money they even painted them pepto pink
