Rear spoiler seal help

A small part of the the seal between the rear spoiler and the decklid has gone under the spoiler. Anyone know how to pull this out or repair it?

Loosen these fasteners on the underside to slide out the seal between the spoiler/tail and the deck lid. No need to remove the tail. You can see the seal in the picture
