Sort of the way I was thinking. I am not sure what he's using for engine management, but if you can have an EBCS with programming for pump gas ONLY and one for high octane and meth for another map, that would be bad ass.

Tinker,
The intercooler kit came from Chris/TurboCraft. It comes in pieces and needed to be welded up to fit the application as well as fabbing supports. It had everything needed, just need to be a good welder and a little creative.

Boosted79......... That Dyno posted earlier was one of the first runs, with no WMI and pre final modded Fuel Head by Brian. With Meth and 1 Bar at 7000 RPM the AFR is 12.3. I can live with that, I might be at 7K for the shift but never holding that RPM, The AFR is 11.7 at 6500 RPM and 10.0 at 5250 RPM.

IMR- Merlin & Brian. In my build thread I said I wanted to build an old school turbo hot rod as someone back in 1977/78 would do. Hence the CIS, 15 inch rims, early brakes, etc. I thought about the Adj boost knob between the seats which would be period correct but would make any AFR issues/concerns worse as I cranked up the boost. My only nod to newer mods was the WMI in the name of safety (read $$$$). So I am sticking to my guns and not using any electronic controllers. I think it is cool running around in a CIS early turbo and surprising some of the newer high HP sports cars.
I might consider the boost knob if I could some how set it for lets say the .75 Bar and a twist/max stop at 1 BAR and not be able to go beyond that..... My AFRs are fine at those two boost settings, but I believe I would be getting close or into the 13 AFR range with anymore boost.

That is just awesome.
Well just use a stock boost spring (.8bar) and the twist nob lock set at you're max setting and be done. Can't imagine the need for more with 2100lb.

Get a boost knob that has detents for stock (default) and 1.0bar only, off or on.
