TT930...Heading to the dyno(finished)

I finished this thing a while back, so I figured I'd make one final post about it as I'm not on the forums much anymore. Anyway, the 1st link is a refresher on the build minus a few updates. The 2nd is the final video shot by a friend of mind - on his iphone. Enjoy

Refresher post:

Nice build and video!

I notice your car appear to have Kinesis K57 wheels. If they are then can you tell me what make is the center caps? I would like to have a set for my K57 wheels.

Thanks.

Awesome. Beautiful work. I assume you are running dual wide band channels in the AEM?

Hey Chris(one of the pieces in this puzzle), thanks for all the help. Anyway, we stopped at 600/600 because of a dying fan belt and no tools to change it lol. Plus we were running out of injector. I've just upgraded to 2000's and I have another dyno appt. in a couple weeks so we'll see...

Will keep you posted

2000 cc, It is enormous! If one day I cross my BTR in E85 in EFI I shall need this type of fuel injector?

I would strongly recommend Injector Dynamics ID1300s for that. To my knowledge they are the only large flowrate performance injectors with stainless internals. Their 2000s, as well as most offered by others, while they may be "E85 compatible" are subject to corrosion of their internal components by any water that may be in the fuel... and if there is any humidity where you live, it will get in the fuel no matter what you do. We have fought this on more than one car.

Flash - I am very interested in your results as well. Cool car!

Mickey Thompsons? Really? Never thought of using M/T for anything other than straight line, 1/4 mile stuff.

Do they handle or just go straight?

Only straight line. I had them on for the dyno sessions. I've since switched them out for 335's

+1 on injector clinic. remember before you start throwing huge injectors at it figure out your static fuel pressure #s which compliment your build and how far you really want to go. im done at 700 and thats with 1200cc injectors and at 85% duty cycle.700 on the street can get gnarly!!!!!! in a fun way
