Mine's a '99 3.4 with a little over 143,000 mi. The oil pressure gauge shows 1.2 bar at warm idle and 3-3.2 bar @ 2600 RPM - it should be noted that these stock gauges are notoriously inaccurate. The markings on the temp gauge are somewhat misleading as the 180 mark is way to the left of the actual number. My needle sits just on the left edge of the "0" in 180 - I believe this equates to approximately 210 degrees Fahrenheit - which I believe is "normal"...
