Go to home depot..get a couple spring loaded clamps, zip tie them to a shallow baking pan (foil ..like at the grocery store) and stick a puppy Pee Pad in there each night. Clamp it to the bottom of your licence plate. Done.
Take it from me..I was on Monster Garage! Ha ha
