Guy seems to be upfront and honest about it. I would say he's pretty much right on with the pricing. If you took the whole kit and caboodle he'd probably take a bit less - not much - so he wouldn't have to deal with clowns buying it piecemeal.
Euro means nothing these years. So if it's rust free and you have the dough then it would be OK. I wouldn't want that motor though. I'd buy the roller and trans and find a 3.2 to put back in (that is after I did ALL the fuel lines, even tunnel).
