I think I'd go through the old, time honored routine of getting at least three different bids and proposals to fix it. For a total of $1,600, seems like they are charging for one or two repairs within the ten year period. I'd concentrate on getting the gout in the corners fixed & just clean & do a normal reseal on the rest if you want. If it's only two years old, seems like the original installer should step up to the plate & fix it. It should hold up for a long time before needing any kind of attention.
