Restoring the car back to the correct color and trim is going to be a very expensive proposition, and it won't add the value that your probably thinking.
The value of a Ferry Porsche signature edition, like the 1975 Silver Anniversary edition, is completely related to whether the prospective buyer cares about it being an edition or not. Most do not care and even in this market most do not care. It's usually a neat little add-on bonus if people want that color scheme.
Does it have the correct interior and plaid seats? Without the steering wheel you'll have a hard time finding a correct one.
I have a '75 Silver and most people reflecting the sentiment that these 2.7s got in the last few decades, don't care. It's a trim and paint package vs. an performance package.
If I were you I would sell it as-is, because it doesn't make an economic sense to bring it back as of late. Also make sure that your COA is correct.
