I took the '76 out and after about 30 minutes I heard a strange noise that sounded like a sputtering sound so I decided to turn back.
When I got home I popped the trunk and noticed this shredded belt you see here. There was no noticeable performance change. I've had the car for about 3 weeks so I'm still learning about all the different parts of the engine.
