I work in the body shop business i paint cars so i'm not a body guy but the door definitely can be repaired the quarter is bad but i seen worse and body guys were able to fix without replacing the quarters. Replacing quarters could get expensive and the other person insurance might claim that your car is total loss because the repairs cost more than the car value i'm not 100% how all the office stuff works, and were talking about a Porsche not a 80s toyota so that might affect how they value the car. As far as cant match 30 year old paint bs judging from the pictures your car still has lots of shine still and where the damage just pulled paint code get a close match and blend the door and rear quarter, make sure they remove the quarter glass window for paint
