here's what I see for '01 up diagram, cols always "HOT" (green wire)
Black goes back to ECU, should be negative pulse, if you have "+" to green and coils are good then problem with ECU.
AFAIK only one crank sensor on the bike, the "HES" and it runs both coils and injectors, so if injectors fire and coils do not... time to try a different Motronic unit
