Not too many of them are easy to reach. You can see them. But getting your hex tool on them is another story. I had good success by cutting the bend off of a 8mm ball-end hex key. Now you have a straight piece of hex key that you can stick into a 8mm socket which lets you pivot it a bit because of the ball end.
Works quite well. Don't know how well it'll work with the engine still in the car though. I tightened mine while the engine was out. Might have to make your key a bit shorter than I did.
