Welcome Bruce! Very clean looking 75! Looks like someone dropped in a 70s 2.2 with MFI? (Edit Carbs -sorry, was just looking at the air intake) Looks like your stock motor, carbs and an earlier air intake.
Some other notes. Added passenger mirror. Incorrect cig lighter and painted or stickered over rear "PORSCHE" reflector.
Was it repainted guards red at some point? What's the original color?
What's the engine number and type stamped to the right of the fan? Those look like 7" cookies.
