Hack saw. Get a blade that isn't painted and wash it in hot water and soap before going at it. A wood blade will not work well.
If you want to buy something, look up "wyoming saw", they are made in the US, collapsible for camping and spot a bone and a wood blade. I have one of those I take with me to cut animals in half (along the spine) in camp if I want chops.
