I've bashed the Forza II's before, but I recently saw a pic here and they looked much higher quality than how mine are upholstered.
The brackets however, put the seat too high and too close to the wheel. I ended up bolting mine to the floor, tilted slightly up in the front, with reinforcements on the underside.
Other people have had better results, I'll sell you my pair, no brackets for $100, come and pick up in NJ.
